About us

At M.O.L.A., we raise awareness about global oceanic topics, upcoming events, and new scientific discoveries. We share stories of encounters with marine life and Nature Neighbors— shining light on both the well-known and the overlooked species that make our oceans extraordinary.

While we don’t shy away from sharing challenging news, we do so to inspire creative, out-of-the-box thinking about how to protect the beautiful planet we call home.

Our efforts come to life through our meetings, blog, newsletter, community outreach, guest speakers, and field trips, where we learn, collaborate, and take action together.

Our space is one of inclusivity and belonging, where everyone is welcome just as they are. Together, we learn, create, and connect through curiosity, fun, and collaboration — knowing that every effort, big or small, makes a difference.

At M.O.L.A., we:

  • Empower youth to lead with vision and creativity.

  • Explore the world through nature, art, science, and open dialogue.

  • Build friendships rooted in community, trust, and respect.

  • Protect and Mend the planet from a place of love and excitement

  • Uphold integrity and shared responsibility in all we do.

Every wave belongs in this ocean — and every voice helps shape our tide. 🌊

At the Marine and Oceanic Learning Association,
we are passionately dedicated to inspiring teenagers to explore and protect our world's oceans. This is a dynamic hub where teens can connect, learn, and take action.
Designed as an interactive community we empower the next generation to understand the vital role that healthy marine ecosystems play in our planet’s future. Together, we ignite a
movement towards ocean awareness and conservation, through education, activism and creativity.

Be a voice for the future & a voice for the planet
